Quality Assurance & Export Process

Every container is tested — and every step is tracked

Quality control isn't a final checkpoint for us — it's built into sourcing, inspection, packaging, and documentation at every stage, from supplier to your port.

Our Process

Five pillars of quality control

Quality Control Process

Every incoming batch is sampled and tested at accredited third-party labs before it enters our facility. Results are logged against destination-market thresholds (pesticide residue, aflatoxin, heavy metals, microbial counts) before approval.

Product Inspection

A physical inspection covers grading, moisture content, foreign matter, and visual defects. Pre-shipment inspection reports are shared with buyers on request, ahead of container loading.

Packaging Standards

Packaging materials are matched to product type and transit duration — moisture barriers for spices and coconut products, cold-chain liners for pharmaceuticals, and tamper-evident seals across all categories.

Hygienic Handling

Warehousing and packing areas follow HACCP-aligned hygiene protocols: controlled access, pest management, and staff hygiene training, audited quarterly.

International Export Compliance

Documentation and labeling are prepared to match the regulatory framework of the destination country, from GCC conformity marks to EU food safety labeling requirements.

The Workflow

Six stages, start to finish

01

Supplier Selection

We vet mills, farms, and manufacturing units against quality, capacity, and compliance history before onboarding them as sourcing partners.

02

Quality Inspection

Every batch is lab-tested and physically inspected against destination-market specifications before it's approved for packing.

03

Packaging

Products are packed to buyer-specified formats, with export-grade materials suited to the transit duration and climate.

04

Documentation

Certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates, invoices, and packing lists are prepared and verified against the buyer's LC or contract terms.

05

Shipping

We coordinate container booking, customs clearance, and freight forwarding with our logistics partners for FOB, CIF, or CNF terms.

06

Delivery

Shipment tracking is shared through to port of discharge, with full documentation handed off for smooth customs clearance on arrival.
